After 43 years of steady growth, the consulting and IT company now employs 10,000 people.

Munich, January 17, 2023. As of  January 2023, 10,000 employees worldwide are working for the internationally operating group of companies msg. The consulting and IT company was founded on January 31, 1980 by Hans Zehetmaier, Herbert Enzbrenner and Pius Pflügler. “For all our size, our family corporate culture is and remains the basis of our success," says owner and CEO Dr. Jürgen Zehetmaier.

According to Zehetmaier, the above average and sustainable growth can be attributed to the industry focus, a continuous growth of competent employees and specialized companies as well as sustainable business decision-making. “We are justifiably proud of what we are today: an internationally successful, independent and owner-managed group of companies with independent companies in 31 countries," says Zehetmaier.

As an independent group of companies msg supports its customers in their digital transformation. Within the group, independent companies cover the wide variety of industry and topic-based competences. msg systems ag, with its headquarters in Ismaning, forms the core of the group of companies. Turnover amounts to 1.2 billion € (as of 2021).
